Dale G. Lervick, OD, FAAO

Dr. Lervick is a graduate of North Dakota State University and the Illinois College of Optometry. After graduation, he served in the U.S. ARMY 31st and 5th Field Hospitals. From 1972-1976, Dr. Lervick was the Director of the Contact Lens and Low Vision Clinics at the Colorado Optometric Center. Since 1974, he has been in private practice in Lakewood and Dillon, Colorado.

During his career, Dr. Lervick has been involved in numerous professional organizations. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO), a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), and a member of the Colorado Optometric Association (COA). As a Low Vision expert, Dr. Lervick serves on the Low Vision committee of the COA, participates in the AOA and AAO Low Vision sections. In addition, he has served as a state legislative chair, state party committee chair, and legislative keyman.

Nationally, Dr. Lervick has served as Chairman of the AOA-PAC, President of the American Optometric Foundation, and Vice President of Beta Sigma Kappa. He is an appointed member of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services committee for Practicing Physicians Advisory to the Secretary of Health.

 


Dane M. Peterson, OD

Dr. Peterson is orginally from Cannon Falls, Minnesota. He received his bachelor of science in Molecular Biology from Syracuse University. He went on to the University of Missouri - St. Louis to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree with awards for clinical excellence and contact lens patient care.
 
Dr. Peterson performs pediatric eye care as well as general eye care including: comprehensive examinations, contact lens fitting and evaluation, ocular disease treatment and vision therapy. Currently, he is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Assocation. He and his wife, Kristen, enjoy living and playing in Summit County.
